Thank you for your interest in our property! You may stop by our office at 301 E. Greenville Street, Anderson SC 29621 anytime Monday - Friday 8:30am-4pm to pick up keys for viewings. Prospective tenants may check out up to 3 keys at a time. Keys require a copy of DL and $10 which will be returned to you when the keys are returned. All keys must be returned by closing time the same business day unless other wise stated by the receptionist. Applications: Applications must be approved by management before any deposits can be made. You can pick up an application in office or print online at www.andersonpm.com Along with the application you must bring: -Application fee: $50 married/single, $25 for any other adults on the lease (must be in form of money order or cashier's check) -Proof of income for 1 month for all applicants ( pay stub or w2, must include year to date) -2 forms of ID (DL, SSN) for all applicants Application status will be provided by Anderson Property Management in 24-48 business hours upon receiving all forms of documentation needed. Prospective tenants must have a minimum credit score of 500 through Equifax to qualify. Deposits are based on credit: 580 = single deposit/same as rent 550-580 = 1.5 x deposit 500-550 = 2 x deposit
