The apartment is newly remodeled and clean. The lawn is maintained for the tenant. There is an excellent management team which looks after and repairs property in a timely fashion ,when needed. The heat and air conditioning unit is maintain by management. Pets with aproval. A washer and dryer is in every unit! The floors are tile, wood or both depending on unit rented. Some units have dishwashers. The apartment is sprayed for insects , cleaned and locks are changed after each tenant.
