The apartment is newly remodeled and clean. The lawn is maintained for the tenant. There is an excellent management team which looks after and repairs property in a timely fashion ,when needed. The heat and air conditioning unit is maintain by management. Pets with aproval. A washer and dryer is in every unit! The floors are tile, wood or both depending on unit rented. Some units have dishwashers. The apartment is sprayed for insects , cleaned and locks are changed after each tenant. A 1 yr lease is required and background/credit checks are done on each tenant before moving into the apartment. Newly remodeled 2 br/1 bath apartment in a quadplex, is for rent. The yard maintenance and trash are provided but the tenant is responsible for all other bills (electric, cable,water etc). The rent is 500/mo and the deposit is 500.00. Pets accepted with aproval. A non-refundable pet deposit of 100 per pet is required and all pets must be current on vaccines and free of fleas and ticks. An additional 25.00 per month per pet is added to the rent. Pets need to be 35 lbs or less. There is a washer and dryer in each unit. A 1 yr lease is required. A background check anf credit check will be done on each tenant and a 20.00 application fee will be charged. The apartment is located in a queit area of town across from a Baptist church.
