It has two off-street parking space, one each for two units. New cooking stove, new furnace, new hot water boiler. Laundry (washer and dryer) on site in basement for usage by tenants of the house only. It is a rather rare unit in downtown, the same block with Gimme Coffee! Landlord lives in Florida but accessible via e-mail, internet. Apt-1 tenants can use basement as extra storage space. As for showing, we need some coordination with prospective tenants, because I do not live in the neighborhood, and we have to arrange the self-showing with current tenants, who will allow you to view the property. Summer subletting may be allowed with prior approval, while the tenants remain responsible for making rental payments. At the time of signing, you need to deposit (1) deposit equivalent of one month rent (2) first month rent (for August), and (3) the last month rent (for July next year), so a total of three months' rents will be required.
