I bought this home in 1966. for 11000. Sold it in 1974 for around 20,000. Have visited the area a number oftimes over the decades. The current owners have been there I think about 20+ years and if I am not mistaken paid 60K, maybe 70K= Not sure. I still have friends on that street and am always curious about the current status.
