This Zillow estimate is way off the total value of the house and structures on the two acres alone. Neighborhood Description Mountain plateau. Most neighbors have multiple acres. Very scenic road. We are situated across from the National Forest. New addition in 2016: Just added 384 square feet with two new rooms and a 8 x 16 covered deck to the north of the addition. The rooms allow for space underneath for equipment storage with some of the head clearance a little over 7 feet. Plans are to put in flooring under the space to accommodate yard, garden and farm equipment and closed in for protection from sun and the elements. Also installed a brand new metal roof over the entire structure. The new rooms have four 5 foot wide double hung double pane windows that open into the rooms for ease of cleaning both sides of the glass.
