The apartment will be fully furnished, we ask that we meet the parents and the boy that will occupy the second bedroom as we expect the boys to maintain a certain level of cleanliness and commit to not disturb neighbors. Also, it would be good if the boys will meet in person to connect. The apartment is 16 min away from Rowan so a car will be required. The two bedrooms and their adjacent bathrooms are on the opposite sides of the apartment so each boy will have privacy. This would come handy as my son will play football for Rowan and he will have practice early in the morning. No smokers please! Rent is $600 for 12 months of the year plus his share of utilities. Your son can leave all his belongings there at the end of the school year so no moving in and out after the first move in. The development has an inground pool, gym, a clubhouse with a party room, billiard room, etc.
