We are a family of four that is looking for someone to take good care of our HOME and treat it like their own. Our home sits directly on hole #11 of the Canyons Golf Course and has a great view of the Canyons Ski Resort, enjoy the views from the couch or the hot tub off the master suite. The home is a short walk across the golf course to the Gondola at the Waldorf and a few hundred yards from the Collins and Dubois trailhead. Perfect location for your year-round mountain adventures. Home provides amazing mountain views with occasional fireworks shows from the deck. $5,500 / Month 3 Bedrooms / 2 Bathrooms / Open Office and partially furnished with what you see in the pictures. Hot Tub, Washer and Dryer. AVAILABLE: Almost immediately to Flexible, Lease would be good through June 12, 2026. DEPOSIT: First month's rent as well as security deposit due upon signing. INSURANCE: An active Renter's Insurance policy will be required during the duration of the lease and proof of insurance provided at signing. SUBLETTING: No subletting or short-term rentals under any circumstances. SMOKING: No smoking. This is our home, please don't smoke in it. PETS: A well-behaved dog is negotiable with owner approval and $500 pet fee. No cats. Carpet was replaced in Summer of 2024, photos do not include the new carpet. UTILITIES: The tenant is responsible to pay for electricity, gas, water, sewer, phone, internet, cable TV / satellite. The tenant will also be responsible for keeping the water softener salt levels topped off. The tenant will also be required to leave heat tape on during the winter months, essentially as long as there is snow on the roof, heat tape needs to be on. Owner will pay for the cost of snow removal, lawn maintenance, and hot tub maintenance, around $300/month. APPLICATION: Verification of income and / or funds is required and credit check. OTHER LEASE SPECIFICS: Monthly rate assumes that tenant will change driver's license to the rental property address, with the property address listed as the primary address to satisfy Summit County Tax Requirements. It beats fighting for parking. Excellent access to the Park City bus line providing easy transportation to all resorts and Main Street. The adjacent bike path allows for an enjoyable walk to shopping, restaurants and theaters at Redstone. Hiking, and biking are out your back door for maximum mountain living.
