You can pay the fees for credit and background check at the portal; the cost is $34.98 per applicant over age 18. Please note credit and background check fees are non-refundable. We will provide you with a secure portal to upload the documents, do not send those documents in email or text messages. Occupant pays for one month of rent, typically one month of security deposit at the time of lease execution. Occupant pays for Utilities, including Water charges, trash pick-up, and Gardner apart from rent. Once a person visit is complete, we will send a lease application.
