You'll pass elegant landscaping, an elephant statue, and tiger paw print stepping stones along the way a taste of what's to come. But first, take a moment to enjoy the expansive lawn that stretches out to panoramic hilltop views of the lake below. It's quiet up in the trees, and this tranquil setting pairs perfectly with what you'll find inside. When you go through the door, the first thing you'll notice is the impressive tiger-striped flooring that stretches through the suite. Have a seat on the leather sofa (which doubles as a queen pull-out) and marvel at the luxurious wooden details, expertly designed to be wild-yet-comfortable. Setting the mood for an entertaining time, this spacious main living room also contains a plush queen bed, a dazzling gas fireplace, a large TV, and a glass-top dining table for two. Around the corner, the large suite continues to reveal a black tile vanity with hand-carved elephant details, a bright mirror with plentiful lighting, and a stunning open glass shower. Round the corner to the well-stocked kitchen where polished wood cabinets and black tile countertops complement the black appliances. A breakfast table and two wicker chairs cozy up to the coffee corner where you can make a cup or two on the Keurig. On the other side of the apartment, you'll find the master bedroom where the signature style continues. First, the en suite welcomes you with a glass shower, pedestal sink, and multiple light-capturing mirrors to make this a bright space to prepare for the day. Through the adjoining door, the master bedroom boasts a lavish four-poster queen bed, TV, desk, and elegant seating for two by the window so you can admire the beautiful view through the large windows. A dignified dresser, spacious closet, and tall bureau complete the space, allowing you ample room to make yourself at home. When you're done exploring, relax on the patio's lounge furniture and watch the deer stroll through the yard as you watch the sun set across the lake. Your journey to Cliffside Den will feel like an expedition. *This is a shared property. You will have the full lower-level suite to yourself with a private entrance. The occupants above host a weekly Monday evening gathering, and street parking may be limited. Tenant is responsible for a flat monthly fee of $2,250, a damage deposit of $2,000, a flat monthly fee for utilities of $250, and a pet fee of $250 if applicable. Owner must approve. No smoking on the property. First month, damage deposit, and utilities for the first month due at signing.
