The use of duck tape on floors, walls or ceiling inside or outside the home is not allowed. The use of spray paint is not allowed within 10 feet of any part of the house (inside or out). Renters must know or learn how to fix a simple running toilet. Renter must obey all Home Owner Association rules including but not limited to no barbecuing or cooking of any kind in front (outside front) of house. No basketball hoops in front of the house, trash cans must not be visible from the street except on trash collection day. Renters are NOT ALLOWED to change the locks of the home. Flushing cat liter down the toilet is NOT allowed. Painting the walls or any other part of home is not allowed without Written Permission from Landlord. Renter is not allowed to cut branches from any trees without written permission from landlord. Renter is not allowed to plant any trees without written permission from landlord. Renter agrees to inform Landlord of any issues with the house within 24 hours or less of discovering said issues. Writing, drawing on the house (inside or out) is not allowed. Renters must agree to return home to landlord in the same condition or better as it was upon move-in. Renters must allow inspection of home if given 24 hour advanced notice. PLEASE remember this is MY HOME. I live in it when it is not occupied by renters. Please treat it with respect. Namaste.
