The pretty Italian Master Bedroom has a new queen bed with a large 2 headed shower in the private bath; The Autumn Room has a plush new queen bed and the Spring Room has 2 new twin beds with a separate bath. Note; All bedrooms have new beds. For guests with a car a parking space is designated for the Victorian. 4 adult bicycles are available for guests use on the many bike paths nearby and in the parks. Check in time is 4 PM the day of arrival and check out is 11 AM the day of departure unless otherwise arranged. The owner lives in another unit on the large property providing local information help and security. Please notify the owner if you plan to have more than 2 cars at the house as parking is limited. Furnished or unfurnished month to month rental. Owner pays for all utilities, cable TV, wi-fi and sanitary services. There are 4 beds in 3 bedrooms. $3000 for one month, $2750 for longer term.
