Newly restored single family home. Months of work have been spent restoring this home to excellent condition! New paint and new Carpet throughout, new Luxury Vinyl Planking, a very nice set of Maytag Kitchen Appliances(slightly used), new surfacing of the kitchen counter and bathtub, are among the numerous restoration items that were worked on. We would be looking for some nice folks that would not have any problem treating this wonderful rental home very kindly in order to help keep it in the excellent shape that it is in. The home is a three bedroom, two bath house with the largest bedroom being part of the finished off basement. There is a newly constructed outdoor Balcony off one of the upstairs bedrooms. There is no fireplace. It is within the Cherry Creek School District. We do not supply window coverings. And I apologize, but we are not going to supply or install the missing closet doors in the upstairs bedrooms. No Pets allowed.
