Our home sits on a quiet back street in the beautiful town of New Trenton, Indiana, nestled between the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, a couple of miles from the White Water River with some of the finest fishing and hunting in southern Indiana. The French doors open up onto the north front porch. if you look out the back windows,, in the deep background you see the foothills of the Blue Ridge mountains and a Fire department with an antique fire truck parked outside. Back inside if you look to your left you will see the doorway to the downstairs laundry and bathroom. Where you have an outside doorway that leads to the garage. As you return to the living room and look to your right you see an entrance room to a beautiful custom-made winding staircase that leads to the upstairs. On the left is a newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances. All of this part of the house both downstairs and up has new sheetrock walls and ceilings. newly textured, painted, and trimmed. As we go up the the two short flights of stairs to the second floor you see atop of the stairs case a crystal chandelier. In the daytime that area is flooded by sunlight from the upstairs windows. Reaching the top of the stairs you are in the upstairs parlor with lush carpets on the floors. To your left is a beautiful new full bathroom completely remodeled will all-new fixtures, vanity, and bathtub. Coming back outside the bathroom, to your right is a doorway that enters a spacious 15' 10" X 12' 8" upstairs master bedroom with a 4' X 7' walk-in closet. Outside to the south of the house you have an unattached garage and workshop that is 15' 10" X 29' 9".
