The heat pump, AC works well to heat and cool. It has a new kitchen floor installed last year. It is in Sandbar RV park which is a 55+ community which is growing quickly. The manager of the park needs to approve applicants before a final sale. Presently, the lot fee is $430 ish/ month {you work with the park for rates} which is very reasonable for the area!
