Hello, I am 407 W Warren and if you have a few minutes, I would like to tell you my story. When I was built over a 100 years ago (I don't remember the exact year), my owner was so proud of me and what they had built! I was one of the lucky homes that survived the tornado of 1948 that destroyed most of Bunker Hill. It wasn't long until my 2 bedrooms were full of children and I have been the part of many Christmas, Birthday, and Thanksgiving celebrations. There has been a lot of laughter, some tears, but so many wonderful memories. My owners added a second bathroom and have made several noticeable improvements over the years. They have planted hundreds of flowers all throughout my yard and I feature a covered front porch and detached garage. I have a newer roof and sewer line, hardwood floors, an all season sunroom, and lots of potential! I may not be perfect, but I promise to be there for you and your family for many years to come!
