Awesome little cabin tucked away in the woods on 7.7 acres. Main level has kitchen equipped with propane appliances, along with dining/living area. Upper level has space for double/queen bed and two singles. There is an artesian spring above the cabin. Owners have enjoyed this water source for drinking and cooking. New roof in summer of 2009. Mitigation assessment done by Fire Department in 2016 with recommendations followed to mitigate fire danger. Please note there is no running water to cabin but plumbing is in place and there is a hand pump on the well. A water line has been run from well to cabin, however current owners have never used it. There is an outhouse which the owners use currently. The bathroom on the first floor could be made functional. Fremont County maintains the roads and they are excellent from Cotopaxi to the cabin and beyond.
