The backyard is wonderful with the veranda and brick area for barbecues and gardening. A nice place to relax while watching the sun go down. The detached garage with workshop and carport is really nice to have. [Can even put a boat in the carport...the lake is not too far away.] : ) The storm shelter is a nice storeroom. I love that the house is on the edge of town, yet close enough to walk to city center with grocery store, post office, restaurant, bank, and where the heart of Beaver City beats. I love to watch the swimming pool and park activities, and that the campground and sports field are a block away. Beautiful location!
