The front area gets a lot of beautiful natural light in the mornings & afternoons. It's really delightful to look out onto the plant-filled patio. Since the patio is a bit sunken, it feels more private and quiet than if it were at street level. The bedroom is big for an apartment this size. I was able to fit my bicycles, vanity, dresser, dog bed, nightstands, and a queen-size bed and still have space to walk around. The closet space is generous. There are four large closets and they held all my household items, camping gear, clothes, etc. without an issue. The covered garage space was great to have in this dense neighborhood. Whole Foods and Lake Merritt are an easy walk away, as well as lots of shops and restaurants on Grand Ave. Graciela and Juan are friendly and understanding landlords. They responded quickly to any issue I had. I would definitely recommend this place. Owner pay's for water and garbage . Renters take care of electricity. Parking is included in the rent. The lease is one year, after that it will go month to month.No smoking allow .
