If an application is approved to move forward, a background check is required. Background checks are $115 per person and are payable online through and emailed invoice. Pets/animals are welcome in this apartment with pre-approval only. A cat and/or a dog only. Limit one dog and one cat per apartment. Limit two pet/animal total. Pets must be housebroken (not pad trained). Dogs must be under 24 lbs. with additional breed restrictions. Additional one-time non-refundable pet application fee of $200/per pet, $250 deposit/per pet, and monthly charge of $55/per pet. Pre-approval, pet addendum, and vet vaccination records required. ESA & comfort animals are considered pets under Indiana state law and are required to follow all rules and regulations as pets and are subject to all fees and deposits.
