This was once a one room cabin, but over the years, it was extended. It has a living room, with a wood stove, and two small bedrooms off of it. There is a large family/walk-in room with a glass-view propane flame heating stove. The largest bedroom opens off of that. There is a bathroom, with a new electric hot water heater, and new water conservative toilet and a kitchen with a new front-load washer and a nearly new refrigerator. The gas cooking stove needs to be replaced. Some of the windows are old, and some have been replaced in the last ten-twenty years. The house sits on a foundation of laid stone, cinderblock and pressure-treated wood. There is blown-on hard foam insulation under the living room and kitchen. All the walls have been insulated and there is decent insulation in the attic. Speaking of which...there is an unfinished second story, currently being used for storage. Could be another bedroom, an artist's studio, whatever.....Septic system is approximately 6 years old; there is a drilled well.
