This is a tri-plex located in the very small town of Brandt, SD. When you stand outside and hear the neighbors chickens crowing, you almost feel like you are living out on a farm. It has a large yard suitable for pets and children. It also has a shared laundry which is located on the backside of the building. Brandt is located not to far from Clear Lake SD, which has its on hospital, school, store, dentist office, and many other businesses. Other surrounding towns include Toronto, Hendricks, and White.
