Ranch style house on a private lot. Backs to trees. 3 bedrooms 3 full baths. Septic permit online and hard search was requested/completed with the county. However, county could not locate any septic permit records. Home was built in 1979 however the county does not have any records before 1990. The roof was replaced 9/2022. This is on a shared well. Septic permits were not found. Some of the photos have been staged.
