Cross roads are Holland rd and South Plaza st It is a 3 bedrooms house with 2.5 bathrooms. The bathroom has to be shared with another tenant ( the guy is clean and neat) We are looking for someone neat, responsible and doesn't create drama. One tenant has a mini-Bernie doodle and the other tenant has a small cat. One tenant is 36 years old and the other is 31 years old. We can accept a small pet for an extra deposit of $ 200 but we do reserve the right to refuse any pet if they don't fit the criteria. First month and full month deposit will be required ( for a total $1300) A Background and a credit check will be done with the application for a fee $45.
