This ole house was a home of comfort, once rang with laughter and heard many a shout. Owner says ain’t goanna need this house no longer, ain’t got time to fix the shingles, ain’t got time to fix the door, ain’t got time to oil the hinges nor to mend no window pane. Original plaster over wood lath in surprisingly acceptable condition most areas with original picture mold still installed. Original wood work and finish dating back to circa 1925. Hot water boiler removed, radiators remain, no central heat or air, main floor area and second floor space totaling 3,189 sq. ft. will need to be unfitted with new heating system. Hunting a truly arts and craft period home to restore this is it but only for those with love of architecture of the early 20th century and appreciation of wood and craftsmanship.
