This is a listing for a a space in a shared room (with one other person) in a two bedroom apartment. There will be a total of three people in the apartment including whoever moves in from this ad. The apartment is close to the UCLA campus, about a five minute walk to the hill (dorms) and ten minutes to John Wooden/ Ackerman Union area (center campus). The room is available for winter, spring, and summer. I would need you to stay at least until July, but you could stay as late as August 19th. The apartment is spacious and fully furnished with a dining table, couch, kitchen stuff (fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher). Rent will be $650 a month. Utilities will be no more than an additional $45 dollars a month (including internet, water, power, gas). Also, a $650 security deposit will be required (which will be given back in full if you stay the length of the sublease and also don't cause damage).
