Month to month rent, no long term lease. This is a much older home, some of the fixtures are original since it was built. There's a carport for a single car in front of the house (No garage), private driveway for other vehicles. There is a nice, fenced in back yard and mini shed for any yard tools/storage. **The house was converted to all electric a few years back. All appliances must be electric, no gas at the house at all.** Renter covers utilities. We are open to pets, please inform us of them prior to filling out the application. There's a private driveway for parking with a carport for a car in front of the property. The house use to rely on gas for heating, since converting to all electric there's a gas heater in the wall that isn't functioning. Space heaters will be initially provided for multiple rooms.
