Thanks for looking we have a really nice 1 bedroom shore home in Leonardo. The ferry is less then a mile away and there's plenty of restaurant and commerce in the area. The home is very clean but due to the size is only for one tenant. Pets are considered. The rear has a nice deck and you can see the ocean from it. The basement is good for storage and includes a washer and dryer. The monthly utilities are $300 a month and will be added to the monthly rent.
