This is a house and small farm near HWY 75 Skiatook, Tulsa and Bartlesville. The neighbors are exceptional. The ground is fertile and we run a few head of feeder calves to produce beef for family and friends. We've added private WI-Fi for internet access and made several improvements including adding concrete flooring to the approximately 35 X 35 barn and a building a new pond. The barn has 3 complete stalls, water and is electric ready.
