About the house: Room - $950/month + $75 flat rate to cover all utilities (which includes monthly cleaners, high-speed WiFi, power, water, gas, pest control, and landscaping) You will Share a Bathroom with another roommate. Cleaners come monthly to clean all common areas of the home (shared bathrooms etc.) Everyone has a designated parking spot; no need to ask people to move their cars! Outdoor screened in patio and a fenced in yard. All common appliances (oven, laundry, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) are furnished.
