(Water and Sewer is based on what you use, but usually between $60-$80 a month- this bill is paid quarterly.) Landscapers- Tenant pays- we have a couple we can recommend, usually around $70- $120 a month, this included front and backyard maintenance. HOA Fee- Owner pays- Includes clubhouse access with 3 pools, hot tub, tennis court and gym and discount with internet. Trash- Owner pays this fee (Recycle, Trash and greenwaste) Pest control- Owner pays- this comes every other month. They will spray the outside of the house, if you want the garage or inside they will do that at no extra cost Home warranty- Owners pays- any things that goes wrong or breaks, there is usually someone at the house within 24-48 hours to fix it.
