The basement has two rooms - a bedroom and a den area, and it has a private bathroom although it is shared with the laundry. There is not a separate entrance to basement apt. We have a dog and cats -very sweet. Must like animals. The house is spacious with a big front porch and back garden area. We have a grand piano if you play. Seeking a reliable, mature person who is calm. We're pretty chill and easygoing and our home is our sanctuary. Occasionally we have people over but mainly we are homebodies. I work from home during day, the adult kids work and attend college. Shared common areas but plenty of space for you to have your own. There is street parking and on the bus line. Walk to great shops and cafes in nearby Alberta or Beaumont Village. Available July 1 and must have references and pass background check. no smoking (weed or cigs) indoors. 6 month lease to start.
