We are renting a room in our house. It is a very beautifully furnished bedroom with a bathroom attached and a very spacious walk-in closet. The space is equipped with centralized air conditioning and a centralized security system. The flooring is carpet; with a Dutch Gable style roof; great ventilation and an exit to a huge backyard that enables you to relax & retreat. Front yard parking for one car and street parking is available. NOTE: - Only a room in the house with a separate entrance to it is being rented; the entire house's not. So please ignore the Zillow Interior details and Property details listed for the entire house. - This is most suitable for single occupancy. - We have a portable kitchen with a 2 burner electric stove, microwave, instant pot, and a mini-refrigerator for tenants for simple cooking. We request to keep the patio door open when cooking in the room due to limited ventilation. - We do not have a laundry facility for the dwellers; tenants are required to use the nearby coin laundry. We pay for water. Utilities including gas, electricity & internet are already available, and tenants will be sharing the expenses based on the usage. No smoking. No pets.
