Strict policy of no pets, no smoking. Bed and bath linens provided. Six month lease November 1st, 2022 - April 30th, 2023. No pets or smoking allowed, this policy is strictly enforced. Basic cable and internet are included. Electric bill is included up to $225.00 per month, tenant responsible for monthly overages. Two outdoor uncovered parking spaces included, one assigned, one unassigned. First months rent and security deposit due upon signing of lease.
