Our rental is a furnished two story duplex Located in a quiet neighborhood in South Anchorage. Two bedrooms with queen size beds in each are on the second level along with the full bath and washer and dryer. Living room, half bath, Kitchen and dining room are on entry level. The rental has an enclosed yard and two designated parking spaces directly in front of duplex. There is no garage parking. This is a fully stocked home with linens, towels, pots and pans and dishes provided. The duplex is up to date and provides a warm inviting atmosphere. All utilities are included in the rent.
Kincaid Park, Carrs grocery store, gas station and Ace hardware store are all within a short distance from our rental.
We offer a month to month lease up until June 2025. During the summer we do short term renting on airbnb.
This is a month to month rental available till June. Landlord will pay all utilities. There is no smoking allowed on premises and no pets allowed. Entrance is a keyless with a code pad.
