Situated back from the street in a quiet neighborhood, this unit is near public transportation, shopping, tourist attractions, and restaurants. It features off-street parking for 2 cars, a cute porch with outdoor furniture, a full kitchen with eating area, a good-sized bedroom with queen-sized bed, a washer and dryer, a comfortably-furnished living room with a pull-out bed, and plenty of closet space. We charge a one-time refundable deposit of $300 and a cleaning fee of $350. We can also arrange for weekly cleaning during your stay at the World Cup (contact us for details). If you have a pet, we charge a refundable pet deposit of $200. Please note that we only allow 1 small dog or cat.
