The seller and listing broker make no guarantees or representations regarding the condition of the property and shall not be held liable for any injuries, illnesses, damages, or losses incurred during visits. Agents Representing Buyers: It is the responsibility of the buyer's agent to inform and provide this notice to their clients prior to scheduling or entering the property. By scheduling a visit and entering the property, all parties: Acknowledge the risks associated with the property's condition, including but not limited to potential structural issues that could result in injury.
