This house is located one back from the beach. It comes with a lot of natural light and is currently furnished. The house can be rented fully furnished, partially furnished or completely empty. There is a woodstove, and it's very efficient for heating the house in the winter. I currently have wood for purchase at cost. Reach out with any questions willing to negotiate one month to one year lease. Possibly more depending on the tenant. Owner pays water, sewer and garbage, renter must pay electricity and any Internet. A $1500 deposit is due at the time of signing the lease and $250 is nonrefundable. It will be used as the cleaning fee for move out. I will consider pets on but an additional $500 deposit is required for dogs and cats.
