SUMMER RENTAL ONLY. Beautiful Dutch Colonial built in 1906, and filled with plants and love inside and out. We live in an awesome walkable neighborhood called the Alamo Placita Historic District. Beautiful homes and architecture surround us, with all services, amenities, shopping, eating, bars, breweries, etc. within a few short blocks. There is also a park a block away with kid playground basketball court fields and lots of mature trees and flowers. Cherry Creek trail is 2 blocks away and a great place to run, walk or bike. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, a wonderful bathroom, and a great office space if you are working remotely. Downstairs is the living room, dining room and kitchen. The basement is a kiddo play zone, with a workout room and another office space. Outside is a fireplace, grill, outdoor dining and couch, as well as a beautiful lawn surrounded by flowers and trees. There are also 2 chickens that reliably lay a dozen eggs a week. Summer rental only. We are leaving for the summer to visit family in Florida. The house is available late may through early august at the latest.
