Location, town, house layout and flow and warmth, air cond/heating system, small yard, rock garden, Wayne Art Center art garden is behind house and back yard, Wayne Walking/Cycling Trail (2.6 miles of old train tracks very popular) is 100 yards up street with private entrance through Art Center and no pedestrian parking to clutter up the place. 1/4 mile walk to what is probably considered the nicest little/old town on the main line in PA. < 1 mile to any and every shopping need. <5 miles to King of Prussia Mall. 30 minute drive or train ride to center city Philadelphia (considered one of the ideal Phila commutes because all trains stop there and multiple routes into city exist from Wayne). Schools are considered the best in PA for decades. Police station is 1 mile away and fire-company is 1/4 mile away, and utility services are excellent. Large deck is very comfortable and excellent for parties – has separate section for the grill. Really nice house to live in. Neighborhood Description Wayne is extremely nice, quaint, cute, kind of like an old historic town with old style ornate keystone buildings and movie theater, but it has absolutely any and everything you could ever need within 5 minutes, or 10 minutes to one of the biggest and nicest malls on the east coast (King of Prussia). Art Center behind house is vibrant cultural center and is continually improving the art garden that sits behind our house. Wayne walking/cycling trail is 100 yards a community gem where everybody goes for walks on nice days. Hard core athletes enjoy the trail and multitude of health clubs in and around Wayne and Radnor Township. Radnor schools are considered top in state.
