Applicant must have at least 12 months of no late payments on their credit report, a minimum of 1 year at their current place of employment, and proof of on-time rental payments to their current landlord with a zero balance owed. All information is verified Occupancy is limited to 2 people per bedroom. All applicants over 18 will be subject to a background check.
