This is a small 2 bedroom & 1 bath (10ft x 50ft ) trailer. The inside has recently been redone. It has a stove, fridge, and washer/dryer hookups. All interested parties must be able able to pass a background check, provide proof of income/employment, and fill out an application. I will be reviewing all applications, background checks , and proof of income/employment for everyone interested in renting before I decide who I rent to. I am looking for someone who is wanting to rent long term even though this is a month to month lease. No smoking allowed inside of the trailer. No utilities included in the rent. It has washer/dryer hook up but you must provide your own washer/dryer. I prefer no pets, but do take them into consideration depending on the type of pet. If I allow a pet it will be an additional $50 each month with the rent, so it would be $550 with a pet.
