    What's special

    My loyal roommate of 4 years is moving out September 3rd, so I will need a new roommate (or two) to move in on the 4th. The apartment unit is very spacious. It has wood floors in the living area, carpet in the bedrooms, a washer and dryer, marble countertops, updated appliances with a gas stove, a balcony (top floor with a pleasant view of Forest Park and downtown), and nice, quiet neighbors. It's right off I-5 and between the Prescott and Overlook Park max stops on the yellow line. Mississippi Avenue is just a few blocks away, and Green Sky Collective is practically across the street (if that's your thing). I'm a pretty low-key minimalist. I'm very tidy and like to keep the place clean, and I would expect the same of my roommate. I'm typically gone during the day and tend to stay at my girlfriend's two or three nights out of the week. Sometime's she stays over. There will certainly be plenty of space for your things. I'm very pet friendly and would even walk your dog (or cat) if you needed me to. I would, however, prefer a male roommate, and someone who is in state and employed. Rent is $1360 a month and we're month-to-month. I'm thinking $700 for the large master bedroom (has a walk-in closet) and $660 for the smaller bedroom would be fair. If you're a couple looking to share the master, we can simply split rent three ways, making it just over $450/month each. We'd also split the monthly PGE (~$40), NWN (~$20), and Comcast bills (~$67).
