Common areas: large gourmet kitchen, kitchenware and cookware provided, spacious brand new Samsung fridge, dedicated cabinet space, living room with YouTube tv, Netflix, etc Very safe, walkable, upscale neighborhood and plenty of safe street parking. All tenants are working professionals, very responsible and two tenants commute and only stay during the work week and one doctor is only at the house 7-10 days a month so the house is very quiet and peaceful. Month to month, all utilities included hi speed WiFi, etc but a portion of summer electricity will be shared given very high air conditioning bill.
