Good experience. Much better than the previous one with Veridian. I did have a few larger concerns prior to signing contracts that are still a concern. Example the backyard on the easement. Severe washout, basically a creek running through the backyard and I was told it would be much better after grading. Second, there’s a significant popping sound coming from certain pipes. In only two locations. It’s significant enough where when we have people over they mention the one in the living room which is embarrassing. Doesn’t sound like there’s a fix, however I’m looking into options outside of Veridian to see if it can be fixed. Rodney did a great job! Loved Rodney! Veronica did a good job, even though my concerns were valid and what was explained wasn’t the case. Overall, our experience was good, however, room for improvements.
