    Please text to the phone number for scheduling showings. Texting is the best way to contact me. I work outside a lot, so it is difficult for me to answer phone calls. I only do showings in the weekends. This is a 3 beds and 1.5 bathroom house residing in a quiet of an older neighborhood. Freshly painted house with new laminate flooring throughout. The house has a 2-car carport. The house is on a big lot, which is tenant's responsibility to keep the yard clean and neat. There are lots of windows letting the natural light into the house. The laundry room has the washer and dryer hookup. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a fridge, a double sink and a dishwasher. Heater is gas furnace. Water heater is electrical. Renters responsible for all utility bills: electric, gas, water, phone, internet, TV, trash, etc. Landlord will also do bi-annual inspection. No smoking of any kind allowed. No marijuana. No pets allowed. First month's rent and security deposits are due at signing. If interested, each adult of the household must fill out the Zillow application and pay Zillow for the background and credit check. I do not accept partial filled applications. I use Apartments.com to manage rent payment, please have an email account and a checking account. Minimum 650 credit score. Household income must be minimum 2.5x rent. Need proof of income: 3 months pay stub or 3 months bank statements. Not accepting housing voucher.
