The entire building is run by electricity (including heating). The tenants are responsible for their own utilities. There is shared parking at the side of the building but off street parking is available. Snow removal is handled by the owners and trash is currently handled. Washer and dryers are shared on each floor but they require payment to use. At the current moment, due to the amount of inquires, to be considered for a showing a Zillow application MUST be submitted prior to be considered for a showing. Also, if using a program for financial assistance please do have your case manager(s) collect information for me about the program prior to contacting me. NOTICE: Due to the age (built in the late 1800s) of the building, the walls are thinner than modern buildings. Currently, all of our tenants are elderly and/or work 12 hour shifts so the noise level is quite minimal. It is for this reason we would NOT be renting the unit to anyone with children UNDER 13 years old. I do apologize for this but we must consider the current tenants and be honest and upfront to any potential new ones.
