Hello Everyone!~ HOUSE NO LONGER FOR SALE, we have entered closing. We have decided to put our 1 and 1/2 story house up for sale! Want to fix it up and live here? Fix it up and sell? or even fix it up and rent it out to make that passive income!~ This Home is being sold AS IS, WHERE IS Condition! What we like about this home: -Large Living and Dining Room -Bathroom and Laundry Room Combo -Nice Big Yard -Super Nice and Quiet Town -15 Minutes From The River What needs work: -This is an older home with plaster and lath walls, a lot of which need to be repaired. Best case, you just tear down the plaster and lath and slap some brand new Drywall up, give it some paint and this house is going to shine. -A few of the windows are broken, but they have been sealed(i think?)*most before we moved here, I would highly recommend replacing all windows to help with heat retention and utility cost, it gets cold and windy here in the winter. -There was a small roof leak in the downstairs bedroom that shares a wall with the back porch, this has since been pre- patched and a roofer is going to seal it completely sometime in August(that's what they said at least). What needs work in 3-5 years: -The roofer said that the singles would need to be replaced in the next 5-10 years due to hail damage. *roof was redone 3-5 years before we moved in. -The siding is a mix of wood and vinyl. both of which could be replaced for a more together look.(there is a small part missing due to a window AC being put in the wall(look it was there when we got here ok?) we took it out) Things we dislike about this home: -The "basement" is more of a crawlspace, dirt, but with room to get to pipes. We have lived here for about 8 years now minus a few frozen pipes to replace it has been a relatively easy time. This house is just really old and needs someone to come in and Renovate it!~ Great Hunting, fishing, and schools around here.
