I live downtown and moving out of Austin but still have 2 months left on my lease (June & July 2015). The original rent I pay is $1700+ but looking to get it rented and not be at a total loss. Walking distance to West 6th, across the street from Kung Fu. Free Parking and I can take the furniture out or leave it in.
