This house has central heating and air conditioning. Situated within the Mission San Jose school district in Fremont, it is conveniently located within a mile of highway 680 (but not too close. You will find this to be a friendly, quiet neighborhood. Includes an attached two car automatic garage for parking and/or storage. Renter is responsible for all utilities. Landscaping is included, but the renter is required to pay for the water. Please note, the sprinklers are automatic. Virtually all of our leases are month to month. I have no desire to trap a family in a house they no longer want to live in due to circumstances that are not in their control.
