Yard is a beautiful oasis with lots of birds, nicely fenced complex with a picnic table barbecue grill, gas fire pit, swing and a hammock to relax on and enjoy your stay. Very large 8' x 12' mineral hot springs tub with jets, that is shared by everyone staying here, there are five units total on the property. Truth or Consequences is a small artsy community. There are a lot of art galleries and unique and interesting little shops in the downtown area. Less Than a block away from Rotery park on the Rio Grande River and the city pool is a block away, Elephant Butte lake is 5 miles north and Caballo Lake is 11 miles south of Truth or Consequences. The property is within walking distance to downtown truth or Consequences bar, restaurants, dispensaries and several Hot Springs Spas. There is an art walk the second Saturday of every month with live bands and all the galleries are open to the public from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m. This unit comes with everything you need pots, pans, dishes, silverware, toaster oven, coffee pot, microwave, washer and dryer, smart TV'S in the living room and bedroom, sheets, towels and blankets. There is also a small recliner that has a massager. And ceiling fans in every room. The smart TV's have several streaming apps., Disney plus, HBO Max and Hulu. $2,450 monthly month to month lease plus $200 non-refundable cleaning fee and a $500 deposit. $180 per night plus taxes. $750 weekly plus $60 cleaning fee.
